Recipe for excellent and fast starter.
350g Salmon fillet
10 ml Olive oil
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of Mustard
1 piece Avocado
Salt and pepper
Thinly slice salmon fillet and all other ingridiance. Place them in a medium bowl.
Finally add the mustard, mayonnaise, olive oil and lemon juice and egg yolk at the end, mix well and leave in the refrigerator for few hours.
Remove the pit from avocado, select a softer avocados, cut it into cubes and blend it until it get smooth.
Serve on toasted bread.
