Sumptuous Summer Destinations

Quintessentially Lifestyle are packing our bags for a getaway this summer and we have our eyes set on some of the most glamorous new openings in the region and around the world.

The Classic

the-lanesborough
Occupying a stately edifice on Hyde Park Corner, The Lanesborough is an opulent landmark on London’s hospitality scene. Reopening under the auspices of the Oetker Collection, The Lanesborough returns in greater style than ever and is reputedly the city’s most exclusively priced destination. Rooms and suites are plush with lavish interiors by Alberto Pinto complementing the building’s Regency-era origins.

The Riviera Retreat

Check into your private retreat on the Cote d’Azur. Furbished in sleek modern style and bathed in Mediterranean sunlight, the Villa M is an extraordinary summer hideaway. The villa boasts five en-suite bedrooms, swimming pool and pool house with its own BBQ and pizza oven, sprawling family room, fitness room and multi-functional rooftop. Villa M is set on the Cap Ferrat and only 15 minutes from the bright lights of Monaco.

Connected via bridge, ‘Play’ adds 48 new villas to the mix, as well as a dining concept slung across a multi-story treehouse and an incredible children’s club that will have kids and parents alike tickled.

The Culture Vulture

amandayan
Aman Resorts opens its third property in China, bringing their signature blend of muted elegance and quiet celebration of the natural and cultural surrounds; the Amandayan continues in this tradition as a complement to the rich history and romantic landscapes of Lijiang. Laid out across a series of traditional courtyards, the suites are designed with indigenous motifs unique to the region, including Nakhi embroidery and Dongba carvings. Take advantage of the Aman’s exceptional hospitality as you explore the twists and turns of the UNESCO-listed Old Town, the heights of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and hike the depths of the Tiger Leaping Gorge.

The Glamour Puss

ritz-macau
The Ritz-Carlton Macau brings its signature razzle-dazzle to Asia’s casino capital, with a palatial all-suite opening this May. A part of the Galaxy Macau™ integrated resort, the Ritz is set to raise the bar on wining, dining and spa offerings in the neighbourhood, along with sister opening the JW Marriott.

The Up and Comer
