Salmon mousse

Recipe for Salmon mousse

Ingredients for 4 people:

20 grams of fresh salmon
1 dl cream
20 grams of Mascarpone cheese
1 egg white
Salt, white pepper

Preparation:

Remove skin and bones from salmon steak. Finely cut the salmon meat into cubes and put it into a blender. Mixed it and slowly add the cheese and whipped cream and finally spices and egg whites. Gently stir to keep light mousse texture. Serve in glass cups with toast sticks.
